Everstory Partners is seeking a Cemetery Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and support funeral services with care, safety, and attention to detail.

The role involves landscape duties, equipment operation, and daily maintenance to ensure a respectful, well-kept property for families and staff. Flexibility for holidays and varied shifts is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performing landscape maintenance duties such as weed-whacking, lawn mowing, etc.
• Maintaining equipment.
• All functions related to funeral services.
• Operating machinery safely.
• Installing cemetery vaults or memorials as needed.
• Handling day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Handling snow removal (if applicable).
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Grounds Superintendent.
