Everstory Partners is seeking a dedicated Cemetery Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, assist with funeral services, and ensure safety for staff and visitors. You will perform landscape and maintenance tasks, operate equipment, and support cemetery operations with attention to detail.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and follow memos/directives from supervisor/management.
• Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Perform landscape maintenance (weed-whacking, mowing, etc.).
• Maintain equipment and vehicles used on site.
• Fulfill all functions related to funeral services.
• Operate machinery safely and proficiently.
• Install cemetery vaults and assist with headstones/memorials.
• Handle day-to-day general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with snow removal when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Grounds Superintendent.
