Job summary

Mission Landscape Companies seeks an Account Manager/Senior Crew Supervisor in Sacramento to lead a 10–14 person crew in daily cemetery maintenance. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity, guiding tasks and equipment use while upholding company standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years supervisory experience in grounds maintenance, tractor operation, and light masonry. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required. This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in grounds maintenance, cemetery operations, or memorial park environment.
• Experience managing a team of 10–14 employees.
• Prior cemetery setting experience preferred.
• Proficient in tractor operation and light equipment use.
• Experience with light masonry work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of a crew of 10–14 employees.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality and productivity.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures and proper equipment use.
• Address performance issues and provide coaching as needed.
• Operate tractors and other light equipment for ground maintenance.
• Schedule routine maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and landscaping materials.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and cemetery policies.
• Maintain records of crew performance, timekeeping, and project completion.
• Plan staffing and scheduling; assist with on-site issue resolution.
