Everstory Partners is seeking a hands-on maintenance supervisor to lead the grounds team and ensure the safety, upkeep and appearance of our locations. You will manage a maintenance crew, coordinate with sales and administration, and support cemetery-related installations and memorial projects.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, reliable maintenance skills, and a commitment to compassionate service for families we serve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grounds maintenance supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical/building maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to supervise and train maintenance employees.
• Willingness to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise grounds and laborer workers at a location.
• Ensure safety of patrons, visitors and employees.
• Oversee maintenance of properties, buildings and fixtures.
• Coordinate with location Sales and Administration to plan needs.
• Install cemetery vaults, headstones and memorials as needed.
