The role requires 5+ years in mechanical/building maintenance and 3+ years supervising staff, with a valid driver’s license and flexibility to work holidays or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires strong supervisory experience in grounds maintenance.
• Proven ability to supervise and train maintenance staff.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Grounds and Laborer workers and ensure safety of patrons and staff.
• Oversee maintenance of all properties, buildings and fixtures.
• Coordinate with Sales/Administration to address location needs.
• Manage landscape duties and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Ensure machinery operation is safe and compliant with policies.
