Job summary

Ozinga Bros, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operator to safely run a state‑of‑the‑art vertical grinding mill and cement terminal. You will monitor equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics while maintaining clean, safe work areas and accurate documentation.

The role requires attention to product quality, adherence to safety standards, and daily interaction with customers and stakeholders. Strong communication and mechanical/electrical maintenance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of cement and concrete products preferred.
• Experience in industrial environments and equipment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations of vertical grinding mill and cement terminal.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate logistics, scale ticketing, stockpile and inventory management.
• troubleshoot machinery during operation and non‑operational periods.
• Maintain records of work and safety compliance; ensure proper labeling of products.
• Participate in safety programs and adhere to OSHA standards.
