Job summary

Cemex USA is seeking motivated graduates to join its 12‑month Talent Development Program (TDP) in Knoxville. You’ll rotate through Cement operations, learning from hands-on experiences and cross‑functional teams to build a strong foundation for a career at Cemex.

You’ll gain exposure to manufacturing, process improvements, quality, reliability, and data management. The program includes mentorship, training, and potential pathway to full‑time roles within Cemex USA.

Qualifications

• A recent bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5 or above, preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership qualities and proactive learning mindset.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Up to 2 years in heavy/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Cement operations and related business units.
• Engage in project-based learning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and reliability initiatives.
• Develop technical and soft skills through training and mentorship.
