Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Cement Plant Production Lead to drive daily cement manufacturing with safety and quality at the forefront. You will monitor plant performance, lead maintenance collaboration, and coach staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

The role involves managing a 12-hour rotating DuPont schedule and ensuring ATF compliance where applicable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily cement production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cement manufacturing.

• Must maintain compliance with all applicable Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations and company policies as a condition of employment.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion and approval of the ATF background review process.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. This position works a 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
