Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Project Manager in Strategy & Business Excellence to lead capital and plant improvement projects at a cement facility. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors.

The role requires hands-on leadership, risk assessment, and strong communication to drive operational excellence and sustainability across sites, with travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex industrial, manufacturing, construction, or capital projects from concept through completion.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Ability to analyze risks, solve problems, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of engineering, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight practices.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of capital and plant improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
