Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and processes using audits and data trends.
• Develop and implement equipment and procedure improvements.
• Audit raw mill, pyro processing, and finish grinding operations.
• Interface with vendors and engineering teams for capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and implement root causes.
