Shifts rotate every month from days to nights, with potential overtime. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year of related equipment operation experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of related mobile/heavy equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Operate front-end loader on barges for off-loading raw materials and related loading/unloading tasks.
• Operate dump trucks, forklifts, man-lift, and other heavy equipment within plant boundaries.
• Inspect barge and equipment, maintain material conveying systems, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain dust control through sweeping and water trucks.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
