Ideal candidates have prior asphalt milling experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts in a hands-on, employee-owned company that values safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in asphalt grinding operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL Class A license with lowboy hauling preferred.
• Ability to operate milling machinery safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt milling machines with precision and safety.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Transport heavy machinery using lowboy trailers.
• Communicate with foremen to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Load/unload equipment following DOT and company guidelines.
• Follow traffic control, environmental, and safety procedures.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends.
