Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a DOT Cement Equipment Operator to operate and maintain cement job equipment, perform inspections, and ensure accurate daily documentation.

The role includes rig up and rig down tasks, adherence to DOT regulations, and active participation in safety programs. Candidates must hold a Class A CDL with a clean driving record, preferably hazmat endorsements, and be able to pass DOT drug tests and medical exams.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A is required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
• Familiarity with FMCSA regulations.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test and medical exam.
• Must pass road test.
• Must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Must perform pre- and post-trip CMV inspections.
• Must be familiar with electronic logging devices (ELD).
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Clear communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions in English.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines and in potential emergency situations.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, and climb equipment.
• Able to work 12+ hour shifts including days/nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cement job equipment (bulk equipment, field bins, semi-trailers).
• Comply with DOT regulations, maintain accurate logs and report mileage/fuel.
• Perform vehicle/equipment inspections for fluids, brakes, lights, tires.
• Maintain daily equipment documentation and report defects.
• Rig up and rig down operations.
• Assist with housekeeping on location.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) per HSE policies.
• Attend HSE training and use PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
