ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a DOT Cement Equipment Specialist in Artesia, NM to operate and maintain cement job equipment, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate daily documentation of equipment for compliance.

The role involves rigging up and rigging down, adhering to DOT and HSE policies, completing JSA processes, and working 12+ hour shifts with days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to safely support field operations.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug test and physical.
• Able to drive commercial trucks with manual transmission.
• Familiar with FMCSA regulations.
• Able to work 12+ hour shifts.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• English language fluency for directions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cement job equipment (cement bulk equipment, pump truck, field bins, semi-trailers).
• Comply with DOT regulations; keep accurate driver logs and report mileage/fuel.
• Perform vehicle and equipment inspections; ensure safe condition.
• Maintain daily equipment documentation and report defects.
• Rig up and rig down operations.
• Assist with housekeeping on location before, during, and after the job.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) per HSE policies and company rules.
• Attend required HSE training and use PPE as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
