Job summary

Cemex US invites motivated students to join the Cement Internship Development Program in Brooksville, FL for a 10-week, full-time experience starting in May. You’ll engage in cement manufacturing, process improvement, and data management while working alongside seasoned engineers.

As an IDP participant, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to core cement operations, safety practices, and presentations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with at least junior year standing.
• GPA 2.5+ preferred; GPA 3.0+ desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safety is a core focus within Cement operations and internship includes promoting a safe working environment.
• Engage in challenging projects to understand cement operations and drive meaningful change.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and regular learning opportunities.
