Job Description

The Process Intelligence Senior Consultant II is part of the Customer Experience Transformation team. This role involves developing and managing business relationships, leading projects with minimal oversight, analyzing data, and generating process insights. The focus is on process/task mining and mapping to address pain points effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies, collaborating closely with clients.
2. Design innovative approaches and solutions, utilizing best practices and benchmarking.
3. Apply external research and models to internal strategies, demonstrating thought leadership.
4. Integrate industry knowledge with business goals and strategy.
5. Break down complex, ambiguous problems systematically and communicate findings clearly.
6. Lead process and service improvement initiatives.
7. Develop detailed ideas and materials, ensuring technical concepts are understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Manage high-complexity projects and programs.
9. Contribute to departmental results through innovation and authoritative advice.

Education and Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Skills

Relevant skills include analytical thinking, process analysis, project management, and technical proficiency with process mining tools and SQL.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $70,500 to $124,125 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

The role requires a background check.
