Job Description

The Process Intelligence Senior Consultant II role is within the Customer Experience Transformation team. It is responsible for developing and managing business relationships and acting as a project leader to complete projects with minimal oversight. This role involves conducting analyses, developing data-driven process insights, and leading initiatives across various business areas, particularly in process/task mining and mapping. The team's goal is to ensure solutions effectively address the areas of responsibility’s pain points.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies, understanding root causes in collaboration with the customer or area of responsibility (AOR).
• Design innovative approaches and solutions using best practices and benchmarking, and develop strategic decisions.
• Apply external research, models, and industry practices to bring thought leadership internally.
• Combine subject matter expertise with industry experience and business goals to inform process and program design.
• Break down complex, ambiguous problems systematically and communicate findings effectively.
• Lead process and service improvement programs.
• Create in-depth ideas and materials, ensuring technical understanding among non-technical stakeholders and executives.
• Manage complex projects and programs, impacting department results through innovation and authoritative advice.

Education and Experience

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Skills

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation

The offered salary range is $70,500.00 - $124,125.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) will be required to undergo a background investigation.
