Job Description

The Process Intelligence Senior Consultant II role is within the Customer Experience Transformation team. It is responsible for developing and managing business relationships, acting as a project lead to complete projects with minimal oversight by conducting analyses and developing data-driven process insights and actions. This position aids in the development, execution, and leadership of projects across various business areas, specifically within process/task mining and mapping. The goal is to ensure solutions effectively address the AOR's pain points.

Key Responsibilities

1. Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret business processes.
2. Identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes in close collaboration with the customer/AOR.
3. Design innovative approaches and solutions using best practices and benchmarking to develop strategic decisions.
4. Leverage external research, models, and practices to bring thought leadership into the organization.
5. Integrate subject matter knowledge with industry experience, relevant disciplines, and business strategies.
6. Analyze ambiguous problems and systematically break down complex information.
7. Lead rigorous process and service improvement programs.
8. Develop in-depth ideas and materials, ensuring technical understanding by non-technical, executive decision-makers.
9. Manage high-complexity projects and program execution.
10. Impact department results through innovation and authoritative advice.

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Skills

Relevant skills include analytical thinking, process analysis, project management, and familiarity with process mining tools and SQL.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $70,500 to $124,125, depending on experience and qualifications.
