Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Stem Cell Transplant experience preferred.
• BSN degree is required.
• Arizona RN license is required; oncology certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing staff and daily operations in the Cellular Therapy Day Hospital.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
• Partners with leaders to optimize staffing, budgeting, and throughput.
• Mentors nursing staff and coordinates with inpatient/outpatient teams.
