The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in high-tech patent prosecution, with proficiency in patent searching and drafting patentability, freedom-to-operate, and other IP-related opinions.

Duties include conducting patent searches, drafting opinions, and supporting complex prosecution while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in high-tech patent prosecution.
• Proficiency in patent searching and drafting IP-related opinions.
• Experience as a patent agent or in a law firm or industry setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patent searches and draft patentability opinions.
• Prepare freedom-to-operate and other IP-related opinions.
• Support complex patent prosecution matters.
• Collaborate with team members on various IP projects.
