Job summary

Centerline Communications, LLC is seeking an experienced Cell Tower Foreman with Samsung Viearo experience to lead cellular construction projects in Nebraska and surrounding regions. You will supervise crews, coordinate tower installs, RF testing, and ensure safety and quality on site.

This role requires extensive field knowledge, ability to train technicians, travel up to 100 miles daily, and a commitment to safe, productive job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in cellular construction, with at least 2 as lead.
• Ability to manage a small crew and maintain safety on site.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles per day.
• Valid driver’s license and pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities for crew and assign tasks.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of towers, mounts, antennas, RRU’s, TMA, and related equipment.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on all job sites.
• Perform RF testing and fiber testing as needed.
• Coordinate tests, site closeouts, and equipment programming.
