Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cellular construction, with 2 years as a lead.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical.
• Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with construction and testing of cell sites.
• Plan daily activities for crew and assign tasks.
• Monitor crew activities and ensure safety policies are followed.
