Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a regulated manufacturing setting, preferably biopharma or biotech cGMP cleanroom.
• Supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Exposure to upstream manufacturing in biotech/pharma preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to changing priorities.
• HS Diploma required; AS/BS in science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety, quality, and throughput for production support on the floor.
• Coordinate real-time troubleshooting and training to ensure right-first-time compliance.
• Lead batch record review and document reviews to support rapid batch release.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver daily production targets.
• Maintain inspection readiness and cGMP compliance.
• Oversee shift administrative tasks and onboarding.
