Qualifications

• AS/BS degree in a science field; HS diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
• 5–10 years of experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
• 1–4 years of supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
• Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities for daily manufacturing challenges.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments and with automated or manual systems preferred.
• Ability to work in cleanrooms and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant daily operations in a manufacturing suite.
• Plan schedules and assign tasks to meet production goals.
• Review batch records and logbooks for clarity and accuracy.
• Coach and develop operators through ongoing feedback and training.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve obstacles.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise.
• Support deviations, SOP updates, and continuous improvement efforts.
