Job summary

ABEC is seeking an experienced scientist to design, execute and analyze upstream cell culture development and tech transfer at our Bethlehem facility. You will support projects involving new technologies, equipment characterization, and knowledge generation, while engaging in customer calls and in-person meetings.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences with hands-on T-cell and flow cytometry experience; proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; willingness to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with T-cells.
• Hands-on experience with flow cytometry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Bench-scale cell culture process development and optimization with minimal supervision.
• Develop protocols and analytical methods; generate experiment reports.
• Perform data analysis and propose optimization strategies.
• Serve as upstream cell culture SME in client calls and meetings.
• Author lab SOPs and maintain equipment functionality.
