Legend Biotech is hiring an Operations Support Specialist for the Manufacturing & Supply team in Raritan, NJ. The role supports production of personalized cell therapy within a sterile cGMP environment across shift schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, has 0-1 years of cGMP biotech experience, and can work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks. Strong collaboration, communication, and adherence to procedures are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 0-1 years of operations experience within a cGMP biotech/biopharma environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform process unit operations (cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, cryopreservation) per SOPs and batch records.
• Record production data clearly and concisely; adhere to safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to complete production tasks on shift schedule.
• Support development of manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvements within cell therapy operations.
