Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Associates/Bachelor degree with related biotech/pharma experience.
• Ability to interpret instructions and follow procedures precisely.
• Strong ability to operate manufacturing and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the manufacturing operations team responsible for autologous CAR-T product production in a cGMP cleanroom.
• Independently execute manufacturing or manufacturing-support processes per SOPs and batch records.
• Record production data clearly and concisely according to GDP.
• Work to meet production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

HS Diploma + biotech/pharma experience

Associates Degree in Life Sciences or Manufacturing

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
