Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Material Operations, Cell Therapy to lead the development, execution, and sustainability of QA and material disposition activities for cell therapy products.

The role oversees incoming material inspection, master data programs in SAP and Syncade MES, and partners with Quality Control, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant release of materials for commercial and clinical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical GMP industry.
• Oversees incoming material inspection and disposition programs.
• Experience with ERP master data in SAP and SOP review.
• Lead and coach teams and liaise with global auditors.

Responsibilities

• Directs quality initiatives that improve site manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliant release of incoming materials and review of SOPs.
• Oversee material control philosophy and site SOPs.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Supply Chain, and stakeholders.
• Prepare written and verbal communications for management.
