Job summary

Kincell Bio, LLC, located in Gainesville, FL, is seeking a Contingent Manufacturing Associate II on a temporary assignment to support CAR-T, CAR-NK, and related cell therapy processes. You will operate automatic and manual cell therapy equipment and perform in-process QC analyses as required.

Work will follow SOPs and cGMP practices, with training in hazardous material handling and emergency procedures. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accurate documentation in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years GMP manufacturing experience OR
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years GMP experience OR
• High School Diploma with 3+ years GMP/regulated technical experience

Responsibilities

• Operate cell therapy process equipment per SOPs.
• Perform in-process QC analyses and report variations.
• Handle hazardous materials and follow safety procedures in GMP cleanroom.
• Maintain and document equipment, materials, and logbooks.
• Collaborate with team to support enrollment of materials and BOMs.
• Escort vendors/visitors into cleanroom and ensure compliance.
