Job summary

Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC, seeks a CTL Associate II to perform routine and specialized cellular therapy laboratory procedures and to support troubleshooting and SOP revisions.

You will communicate with management, assist in ordering supplies, and participate in high-complexity release testing such as Chromium release and ELISpot; the role provides comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in basic science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (required).
• Ability to operate different flow cytometers.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized/complex cellular therapy laboratory procedures and projects.
• Communicates effectively with management for processing, cell-based assays or equipment issues.
• Troubleshoots basic processing, bioassays and equipment issues; initiates SOP revisions.
• Assists in ordering of supplies and maintaining inventories.
• Performs cell-based release testing assays including high complexity assays such as Chromium release cytotoxicity assay and ELISpot.
