Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center’s Cellular Therapy Lab (CTL) in Seattle is seeking a Cell Therapy Specialist II to perform and analyze cellular processing for clinical trials. A four-year degree in medical technology or biological sciences and 2+ years of cell therapy experience are required, with shifts including nights/weekends.

The lab operates under FDA cGTP/cGMP and CAP accreditation; you’ll contribute to patient care, data recording, and process improvements while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree with major in medical technology or biological sciences.
• 2+ years clinical cell therapy experience.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as rotations require.
• Color vision sufficient to perform this role.

Responsibilities

• Process cellular products per SOPs and clinical trial guidance.
• Perform quality control testing and document results.
• Prepare patient/donor charts and processing reports; review documents.
• Stay current with SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist training of newer CTL Specialists and support infusions.
