Job summary

Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC, seeks a CTL Associate II to perform routine and specialized cellular therapy laboratory procedures and to support troubleshooting and SOP revisions.

You will communicate with management, assist in ordering supplies, and participate in high-complexity release testing such as Chromium release and ELISpot; the role provides comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in basic science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (required).
• Ability to operate different flow cytometers.

Department 10379 Ctr for Cancer Immunology Rsch Pay Range $48,672.00 - $81,120.00 The CTL Associate II performs a variety of routine and specialized/complex cellular therapy laboratory procedures and projects. This position communicates effectively with management for any processing, cell-based assays or equipment issues, successfully troubleshoots basic processing, bioassays and equipment issues, initiates SOP revisions, assists in ordering of the supplies and maintaining inventories and performs cell-based release testing assays including high complexity assays such as Chromium release cytotoxicity assay and ELISpot. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in basic science or related field desired. (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience 1 year (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Ability to operate different flow cytometers.

• Plans, conducts and manages research projects within federal and institutional regulations and policies under the direction of the principal investigator.

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position.
