Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Cell Therapy Flow Cytometry Technician for a full-time role. You will perform cell processing in ISO 7 GMP suites, run flow cytometry tests, and contribute to assay development while maintaining rigorous documentation.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science with at least four years of cell therapy experience. The job requires flexibility, excellent data analysis, and the ability to work independently or in teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science.
• At least 4 years of cell therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP/GDP/GTP guidelines.
• Perform isolation of HSCs, NK, and T-cells using CliniMACS Prodigy.
• Perform cell processing in GMP suites (ISO 7).
• Perform flow cytometry testing.
• Participate in assay development studies, such as validations and tech transfers.
• Use aseptic techniques while performing cell processing procedures.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, comprehensive, and maintained.
• Label required cellular samples and maintain accurate and complete result reports, batch records, and cryopreservation records.
• Work with the QA department on the product release process
• Practice proper safety techniques and report any unsafe conditions to management.
• Other duties and procedures assigned.
