Job summary

The University of Chicago is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II - Cellular Manufacturing to join the cGMP facility. You will compile, document, analyze and report moderately complex clinical studies and support administrative and operational decisions across the research program.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related job discipline.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA-regulated environments, and GLP/GTP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Compile, document, analyze, and report on moderately complex clinical studies.
• Perform aseptic processing and protocol-driven manufacturing in a cGMP facility.
• Maintain accurate batch records and assist with deviation investigations and CAPA.
• Manage inventory and materials; train junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support audits and inspections.
