You will handle screening, consent, data collection, adverse event reporting, and coordination of visits, ensuring protocol adherence, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while maintaining confidentiality and study SOPs.

Qualifications

• Requires a college or university degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage screening, enrollment, follow-up, case report forms, and adverse event reports.
• Coordinate startup through closeout, including recruitment and informed consent, data collection, and protocol adherence.
• Recruit and interview potential study patients with guidance from PI and staff.
• Plan and coordinate patient schedules for study procedures, visits, and treatment timelines.
• Ensure SOPs are implemented and data are accurate, secure, and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain records including informed consent, IRB approvals, source documents, and CRFs.
