Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. seeks a Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) to drive Amtagvi demand and build a robust referral network between community practices and academic centers, enabling early patient identification and streamlined referrals.

You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance scientific and operational excellence in Amtagvi adoption and manage relationships with key stakeholders across sites.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related oncology/cell therapy experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a master’s or 3 years with a PhD.
• Ability to optimize strategy and build service lines at academic hospitals.
• Deep market knowledge of oncology, immunotherapy, reimbursement and policy.
• Experience with complex delivery systems, logistics, and GMP/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at ATCs and liaise between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the commercial point of contact for Amtagvi at authorized treatment centers and lead for onboarding a new TIL service line.
• Educate site personnel on clinical and product information for Amtagvi.
• Provide expertise on Iovance products and processes to all service line stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ATC Operations to align logistics and processes.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders and prescribers to influence uptake.
• Develop and maintain disease state and competitive landscape knowledge.
• Attend and support professional meetings regionally and nationally.
