Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. seeks a Cell Therapy Account Management lead to drive Amtagvi demand across academic centers and community practices in the U.S., building referral networks and enabling early patient identification.

You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance scientific and operational excellence, manage relationships with key thought leaders and prescribers, and ensure compliant execution of Amtagvi uptake with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in oncology/cell therapy or rare disease preferred.
• Strong ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with complex delivery systems, including logistics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at academic centers and community practices; liaison between practices and internal teams.
• Serve as the commercial lead for Amtagvi uptake at ATCs and develop onboarding for a new TIL service line.
• Educate site personnel on Amtagvi clinical and product information.
• Provide product and process knowledge to service line stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ATC Operations to align logistics and processes for Amtagvi delivery.
• Build relationships with key thought leaders and prescribers to influence uptake.
• Maintain disease/product/competitive knowledge and attend professional meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure patient identification and infusion of Amtagvi.
• Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and opportunities.
• Support strategic account planning with sales leadership for academic and large community centers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and company policies.
• Uphold Iovance Biotherapeutics’ core values and professional standards.
