【What you’ll do】

• Lead cell platform R&D for future products in the product line.

• Develop experimental plans for platform products; carry out cell fabrication/process; conduct performance testing and validation; deliver validation results.

• Perform failure analysis on samples and propose performance improvement approaches.

• Master’s degree or above; Electrochemistry major or lithium-battery research background preferred. (Designed for 2026 graduates.)

• Solid fundamentals; proficient in electrochemical and materials characterization techniques.

• Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills.

• English and Chinese can be used as working languages.
