What you’ll do
- Lead manufacturability evaluation, process design, sample builds, and trial runs for new products; assess readiness for mass production.
- Prepare and deliver production guidance documents for mass production.
- Troubleshoot issues during sample production or early mass production (MP) and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
- Continuously improve manufacturing and material costs for mass production projects.
- Resolve production issues, optimize processes, and boost productivity.
- Improve yield rate and material utilization for mass production.
- Coordinate customer audits and deliver improvement reports based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM-related fields; Master’s preferred. (Designed for 2026 graduates.)
- Basic knowledge of electrochemistry, statistics, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Outgoing personality, clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and resilience under pressure; English and Chinese can be used as working languages.
