Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair is seeking a Sales Representative in Midvale, UT to be the face of our store and drive customer engagement. The role offers an all-in pay with base and bonuses of $15-$17 per hour, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing electronics repair environment.

You’ll assist customers, promote accessories, and stay current on new technology while delivering outstanding service. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a big plus
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.
