The role focuses on setup, operation, and preventive maintenance of production machinery, ensuring products meet strict quality standards through reading blueprints and following engineering layouts. You will work with minimal supervision, maintain safety and housekeeping, lift up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must remain in good standing across internal metrics, including safety guidelines, attendance standards, and disciplinary policies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced group setting, with strong communication skills.
• Strict adherence to all plant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Follows detailed direction with minimal supervision.
• Maintains high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Performs duties under minimal supervision following company policies and procedures.
• Performs minor maintenance service.
• Reads and interprets blueprints/layouts.
• Maintains safety, quality, attendance and discipline standards.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
• Able to bend, stoop, twist and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Adheres to housekeeping standards and performs all other duties as required.
