You will design experiments, apply DoE, and collaborate across analytical development, MSAT, manufacturing and quality teams to enable technology transfer. You will analyze data, document results, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or related field.
• 4–8 years of hands-on bioprocessing or biopharmaceutical development experience.
• Experience with mammalian stable cell line generation is required; CDMO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammalian cell line development and upstream process activities.
• Utilize DoE for experimental design and data analysis.
• Coordinate CLD workflows with downstream, analytical, MSAT, manufacturing and QA teams.
• Present findings in internal and client meetings and author technical reports.
• Maintain accurate lab records and perform root cause analyses when needed.
