RTX is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to provide direction to employees on 2nd Shift / Weekend Night Shift at Pratt & Whitney facilities in the US. You will lead engagement, implement continuous improvement, manage daily schedules, and drive production efficiency while ensuring safety and quality goals are met.

Expect strong collaboration with management, problem-solving, and adherence to SPS practices to meet customer demand and financial targets.

What You Will Do:

• Providing direction to employees.

• Achieve target performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard Production System (SPS) including but not limited to:
• Tiered accountability
• Visual management system(s)
• Leader Standard Work
• Demonstrate clear focus on accountability to daily results, rapid identification of root cause and effective implementation of corrective actions
• Drive development of a strong problem-solving culture, through application of tools
• Champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements
• Communicate to peers requirements at supporting process to ensure smooth process flow.
• Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationship.
• Drive World-class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly.
• Control quality, productivity, and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer happiness.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
