Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to employees and lead engagement and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily supervision, project management, and communication with support groups.
• Plan schedules and monthly delivery plans aligning with customer needs and financial goals.
• Drive safety, quality, production, and cost improvements using SPS tools.
• Maintain accountability and support process flow to meet MRP requirements.
