Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading and assisting small groups in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong initiative and judgment in work methods and delegating tasks.
• Proficiency with SAP, MII, label software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use measurement devices such as calipers and rulers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material flow and staffing within the cell to meet schedules.
• Update the cell board and may lead the cell board meetings.
• Train new employees as needed and perform root cause analysis.
• Support health & safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Inspect products during manufacturing and resolve production issues.
