Job summary

Cheer Pack North America LLC is seeking a production cell supervisor to oversee all cell employees and manage production flow with a focus on quality and safety. You will lead training, ensure compliance with GMP, and coordinate material handling and shop orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and teamwork to maintain product safety and regulatory standards across all processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cell employees.
• Oversee production flow of the cell.
• Oversee quality of Cell Machines.
• Oversee overall machine quality.
• Issue all material to shop orders (pouches, straws).
• Prepare shop orders to be closed.
• Support processes as needed.
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and tests.
• Assist supervisor with IFS transactions.
• Communicate quality issues to necessary personnel and required actions.
• Train new operators and temporary employees; document training.
• Complete all required production paperwork.
• Scan production paperwork into shop orders.
• Report potential food safety, quality or defense concerns.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain product safety, regulatory compliance and quality systems.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position (drug test may be required).

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Oversee all cell employees
• Oversee production flow of the cell
• Oversee quality of Cell Machines
• Oversee overall machine Quality
• Issue all material to shop orders i.e. pouches, straws
• Prepare shop orders to be closed
• Supports process as needed
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to Quality and the production supervisor
• Assist supervisor with all IFS Transactions
• Communicate quality issues to all necessary personnel and what will be done with product.
• Training of all new operators and temporary employees and document all training provided.
• Complete all necessary production paperwork
• Scan all production paperwork into shop orders
• Report any potential food safety, quality or food defense concerns to the supervisor or quality personnel
• Follow all documented Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems
• Must Follow All Company Policies and Procedures
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position (drug test may be required)
