Job summary

Cheer Pack is seeking a production supervisor to oversee the cell team at our Massachusetts facility. You will manage daily operations, ensure product quality, and maintain GMP compliance.

This role emphasizes leadership, training of new operators, accurate paperwork, and effective communication with Quality and Production teams. On-site position with safety sensitive requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cell employees and production flow.
• Monitor quality of Cell Machines and overall output.
• Issue and prepare shop orders; close documentation.
• Train new operators and temporary staff; document training.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality systems.
• Communicate issues to Quality and Production teams.
• Complete production paperwork and scan to shop orders.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Oversee all cell employees
• Oversee production flow of the cell
• Oversee quality of Cell Machines
• Oversee overall machine Quality
• Issue all material to shop orders i.e. pouches, straws
• Prepare shop orders to be closed
• Supports process as needed
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to Quality and the production supervisor
• Assist supervisor with all IFS Transactions
• Communicate quality issues to all necessary personnel and what will be done with product.
• Training of all new operators and temporary employees and document all training provided.
• Complete all necessary production paperwork
• Scan all production paperwork into shop orders
• Report any potential food safety, quality or food defense concerns to the supervisor or quality personnel
• Follow all documented Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems
• Must Follow All Company Policies and Procedures
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position (drug test may be required)
