Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec, Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a large portfolio of biologic development programs from preclinical through GMP manufacturing and commercialization.

You will drive project plans, budgets, and schedules, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage contract lifecycle via SOW/CO and DocuSign, and report revenue and milestones to the PMO.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, pharmaceuticals, engineering).
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business-relevant projects from initiation to completion, including client programs and internal initiatives.
• Support execution of projects to align with business processes, strategic initiatives, and PM practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, translate strategy into objectives, work plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the contract management lifecycle from scoping and SOW/CO review to DocuSign execution and invoicing.
• Develop and execute detailed project work plans and adapt as needed.
• Provide monthly revenue forecasts for preclinical, clinical, and commercial activities.
• Serve as primary client contact during visits and coordinate visit logistics.
• Identify resource needs and assign responsibilities across the project team.
