Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service NH retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush, and more.

No experience is required; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 40 pounds, have reliable transportation, access to internet, and use a company-provided tablet. Pay starts at $14.00 per hour with raises to $14.80 after 6 months and $15.50 after 1 year, plus paid training and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Able to learn and use the company-provided tablet.
• Occasional weekends and major holidays scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders across stores.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate scheduling or service questions to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and longer hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule using the company tablet.
