Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to support greeting card and party goods displays across assigned NH locations. You will manage store merchandising, maintain stock, and ensure organized backrooms while coordinating with store management during daytime hours.

The role requires no prior experience and offers paid training, a starting hourly rate with scheduled increases, and a 401(k) with company match. Flexible scheduling is available for holidays and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain backroom areas and inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime retail hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
